About Organic spoon

The Pride of Haryana

Organic Spoon is more than just a brand — it is a revival of Haryana’s timeless food culture. Haryana has always been known as the land of farmers, strength, and nourishment, where food is celebrated not only as sustenance but as a way of life. From age-old village kitchens to festive traditions, ghee has remained at the heart of its culture.

We started this journey in 2019 from our small village in Jind, Haryana, with nothing but the help of nature and tradition. With years of hands-on farming and dairy experience, we set out to create something pure, soulful, and honest — A2 Desi Cow Ghee made the old-fashioned way. Every jar is prepared using the Bilona method, where milk is turned into curd, hand-churned into butter, and then slow-simmered on fire to preserve its natural aroma, golden richness, and Ayurvedic value.

At Organic Spoon, food is not just a product — it is heritage, health, and pride. We believe that true nourishment comes from respecting the soil, the cows, and the age-old practices that our ancestors entrusted to us.

From the Heart of Haryana to Your Home

From the rustic heartland of Jind to kitchens across India, our journey began with a dream—to preserve the pride of Haryana through purity, tradition, and taste.

Haryana isn’t just where we come from—it’s who we are.Our villages still echo with the rhythm of early morning milking, the hum of churning bilona, and the scent of homemade ghee wafting from clay stoves.

At Organic Spoon, we bring that same rhythm to life.We craft our A2 Desi Cow Ghee from the milk of indigenous cows raised with care—just like it's been done in Haryanvi homes for generations.

Each jar is slow-made, hand-churned, and steeped in the wisdom of our land. This isn’t factory-made ghee.
