Return Refund Policy
Once an order is confirmed, Organic Spoon does not accept general return or refund requests. However, we understand there may be special cases, and in such situations, we are happy to assist you in finding a fair resolution.
In Case of Damaged Product
- Notify us within 5 days of delivery at info@organicspoon.co.in.
- Include your order number, invoice photo, image of the outer packaging, and at least 2 clear images of the damaged product.
- If multiple items were ordered, only the damaged items will be eligible for replacement.
- We will gladly resend or replace the affected product(s) and ensure a smooth resolution.
- We respond to all emails within 24–48 hours.
In Case of Missing Product
- Notify us within 5 days of delivery at info@organicspoon.co.in.
- Send your order number, invoice, outer box photo, and 2 clear photos showing all received items.
- Refunds are not issued for missing items, but we will happily resend the product(s).

In Case of Spoiled Product
- Notify us within 10 days of delivery at info@organicspoon.co.in.
- Include your order number, date of packaging/manufacture, and clear photos or a video of the issue.
- Due to the handmade and natural nature of our products, slight variations in taste, color, and texture are normal and not valid for return.
- We will replace the product after a thorough check, ensuring fairness and transparency.
- We aim to retain full nutritional value and use only natural methods.
- Email responses within 24–48 hours guaranteed.
